Refund Policy for SKR Bikes

At SKR Bikes, we aim for transparency and fairness in all our transactions. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are processed for our ad posting services.
1. General Principle
Our service fee is charged for the review, processing, and publication of your used bike advertisement on our platform. Once this service is rendered and your ad is live, the fee is considered earned and non-refundable.
2. Situations Eligible for a Full Refund
A full refund of your ad posting fee will be issued in the following specific circumstances:
- Ad Rejection by Our Team: SKR Bikes reserves the right to moderate all submitted ads to ensure they meet our community standards and content guidelines. If our moderation team rejects your advertisement before it is published for violating our policies (e.g., fraudulent listing, prohibited content, etc.), we will automatically process a full refund to your original payment method.
- Verified Technical Failure: In the rare event of a technical error where your payment was successfully debited from your account but your ad was not posted on our platform due to a failure on our end, please contact our support team. Upon verification of the error, we will initiate a full refund.
3. Situations Not Eligible for a Refund
No refund will be provided under the following circumstances:
- After Your Ad is Published: Once your ad is successfully posted and live on the SKR Bikes platform, the service is considered complete. No refunds will be issued if you decide to remove your ad for any reason, including if your bicycle has been sold.
- User-Requested Ad Removal: If you choose to delete your active advertisement from the platform, you will not be eligible for a partial or full refund.
4. Refund Process
All approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment used during the transaction (e.g., credit card, debit card, UPI, or wallet).
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
