SKR Bikes: Terms and Conditions Policy

Welcome to SKR Bikes ("we," "us," "our," or "SKR Bikes"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our payment services for posting advertisements ("Ads") for used bikes on our platform (www.skrbikes.com or our mobile application, hereafter referred to as the "Platform").

All payments for services on SKR Bikes are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. By proceeding with a payment on our Platform, you ("User," "you," "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "Pay Now," "Submit," or any similar button to initiate a transaction on our Platform, you are providing your express consent and agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not proceed with any payment.

3. Services

SKR Bikes provides a platform for users to post and view advertisements for used bikes. We charge a fee for certain services, such as posting a standard ad. The specifics of the service you are purchasing and the associated fee will be clearly displayed to you before you initiate the payment process.

4. Role of Razorpay (Our Payment Gateway)

Third-Party Processor

We use Razorpay Software Private Limited ("Razorpay") as our third-party payment gateway to securely process all transactions.

No Storage of Financial Data

SKR Bikes does not collect, receive, or store your sensitive financial information such as credit card numbers, debit card numbers, CVV, bank account details, or UPI IDs. This information is provided by you directly to Razorpay's secure servers.

Razorpay's Terms

Your use of the Razorpay payment gateway is also subject to Razorpay’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We strongly encourage you to review them before making a payment. SKR Bikes is not responsible for the performance, data security, or any actions of Razorpay.

Payment Methods

You agree to use a valid payment method accepted by Razorpay, which may include credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and various wallets.

5. Fees and Payment

Pricing

All fees for our services will be clearly stated on the ad posting page. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Taxes

All fees are inclusive of any applicable taxes, including but not limited to Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless stated otherwise.

Confirmation

Upon successful completion of a payment, you will receive a confirmation email from SKR Bikes, and your ad will be processed for posting on the Platform. You may also receive a transaction confirmation from Razorpay.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We strive to be fair and transparent. Please read our refund policy carefully.

• No Refund After Ad is Live: Once your payment is successful and your advertisement is published live on the SKR Bikes Platform, the service is considered rendered and consumed. Therefore, no refunds will be issued if you choose to remove your ad or if your bike is sold.
• Ad Rejection: SKR Bikes reserves the right to review and reject any ad that violates our content guidelines or community standards (e.g., fraudulent listings, prohibited items, inappropriate content). If your ad is rejected by our moderation team before it is published, a full refund of the fee paid will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Technical Failure: In the rare event that your payment is successfully deducted from your account but your ad fails to post due to a technical error on our Platform, please contact our support team at skrbikesmadurai@gmail.com with your transaction ID and payment details. We will investigate the issue and, upon verification, either manually post your ad or initiate a full refund.

7. User Obligations

• You warrant that you are the authorized user of the payment method used for the transaction.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information for all payment transactions.
• You agree not to use our payment services for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.

8. Privacy Policy and Data Usage

SKR Bikes is committed to protecting your privacy.

No Cookies

We explicitly state that we do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies on our Platform.

Personal Data We Collect

For the purpose of providing our service, we collect necessary personal information such as your Name, Email Address, and Phone Number. This information is used to manage your account, publish your ad (as per your instructions), and communicate with you regarding your ad and our services.

Payment Data

As stated in Section 4, we do not handle your sensitive financial data. This is managed exclusively by Razorpay.

9. Limitation of Liability

SKR Bikes is a platform that connects sellers and potential buyers of used bikes. We are not a party to any transaction between users. Our liability is strictly limited to the service fee you paid to us for posting an ad. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not to, the outcome of any transaction, the condition of any bicycle, or disputes between users.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Madurai,TamilNadu], India.

11. Changes to These Terms

SKR Bikes reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our Platform. Your continued use of our payment services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
